This is well-thought-out and well-articulated. It's always good to have a plan in place and to use social media in a way that makes sense for your organization. It's also really key to have your work tie into the broader mission, rather than just doing "social for the sake of social."

This is a great article that really cuts to the chase about using Social Media...brand promise. The average person wants to know the experience of the other clients and if that "brand" promise actually played out the way it was promised.
